Ready to get started? Call our office at (252) 636-2900 for more information and to make an appointment. If you're unsure whether chiropractic is the right choice for you, you're welcome to schedule a consultation to discuss your problem and determine if chiropractic and/or laser therapy may help. If you decide to proceed with care in our office, Dr. Carraway will perform an evaluation, x-rays if necessary, and chiropractic and laser treatment.

Get a head start! For your convenience, we have provided our new patient forms. Just open and print the new patient registration below. Then, complete the paperwork in the comfort of your home and bring to the office on your first visit. If you have copies of any medical records or reports such as x-rays, CT scans or MRIs, please bring those as well.

We are an out-of-network provider and do not file any type of insurance. However, we do accept HSA and FSA payments, as well as cash, check, and credit/debit cards. We are proud to offer safe, effective, and affordable care.
